you mean whole foods as in types of food, not the store, right?

Homemade bone broth is a good source. canned salmon (the bones get mushy), anchovies or sardines with their bones...

PP had good ideas, and broccoli, and salmon are other ones. Bone broth is our main one.

All of the above sources are great, but remember that we don't absorb calcium without proper amounts of vitamin D in our body. So, make sure to have some vitamin D as well (whole foods sources include milk and fatty fish).

Vegetarian options are kale, almonds, broccoli, collard greens, chinese greens, okra, soy beans, navy beans, great northern beans, black beans, blackstrap molasses and figs.

If this is too OT I will erase...

I've just made a list of all the foods mentioned and greatly appreciate it.

But I was also wondering what everyone thinks about "Calciaim" by the AIM company.

It has vit a, c, d, calcium, mag, copper and zinc.

IYO is this a worthwhile filler?

This. Calcium needs Vit D! I agree def with your food suggestions, vegetarian ones especially, but remember that the best way to get the necessary Vit D is to make it yourself! 15 minutes of sunlight exposure 3 times a week (arms and face) is all that's needed. If that's not available then supplement or eat Vit D foods.
