Irregular pulse during pregnancy

I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I went to a GP today for a sinus infection that has caused symptoms off and on for a month. My pulse was 118, which is way, way high for me. My BP was also 120/80, which was way high. I told the doctor that those numbers were way off what my MW just checked two weeks ago. He rechecked my pulse and it was 80 BPM, and then it jumped to 110. He was starting to get really concerned, but then said it was probably just a symptom of pregnancy. He told me to keep checking my pulse at home. But he didn't provide me with any other information.

Has anyone else had experience with this? I'll talk to my MW next week at a check-up, but in taking my pulse at home, it feels like it is three beats, then a pause, three beats, then a pause no matter where I check it. My BP has been in the 90/48 range for the last few months at my MW.

Should I be concerned?

I'm having the same thing... pulse around 90 when normal is 60ish. My bp is low as usual. If you google it there are lots of pg mamas asking the question, so it seems very common, but I haven't seen good answers re: what's "normal".
