my 4.5 year old son cracked a baby tooth today sledding. The thing is it is cracked back to front..not a side crack. So more like like the front half of his tooth would come off if it cracks off instead of a piece.
anyway, I called the dentist but no one will be in until Monday. Is it ok to do nothing for the time being ?
