i have a slight drop in milk supply at 10 months (they are still primarily bfing) and am wondering if I'm missing something in my diet - anything you supplement your diet with beyond the prenatal vitamin that you think helps fortify your body?

thanks!

Plenty of food and water, plus I continue to take my prenatals, which on the side say for lactating mothers as well.

Lots of good healthy fats.

Lots of protein. Whenever I crave sweets it's because I need protein. Also, I notice a drop in supply when I'm not eating oats for breakfast. Mine are 2.5 years old so supply is not as important. When they were exclusively breastfed for the first 11 months, that's when oats and nutrition were really important.
