didn't you get a negative blood test today? and AF?

if it disappeared, sadly i would not count on it.

strange things happen on the test and the dye passes over the test, they are supposed to be read at 3-5 minutes depending on the test, not before or after

huge hugs lady, this cycle has been a roller coaster for you.

take good care of yourself and take it easy while AF is hear, you deserve it

Why are you still peeing on sticks after your previous thread -doc appt and full on AF? Put the sticks away and break out the thermometer!

I thought that I was getting a full blown af, but it ended up just being spotting. I thought that maybe it was IB. So since I got this result yesterday i took my other pink dye test and here it is.

**blood test**

And the blood test was actually drawn on the 23rd and i didnt get the results until the 24th. So i figured if it was ib then it may be positive. So it has been 4 days.

Why don't you go and have more blood drawn then if you think you are defo preg. Take all the guess work out

Was it a quantitative test from the doc or just one of those pos/neg jobbies? Cuz if you are still getting these lines in the time limit and no AF I would go ask the doc for a quant test.

no it was neg/pos blood tests done4 days ago. i dont know what to do now

Go get a digital test that will take the guess work out of the lines. Most of them will show + with an hcg of 25 sometimes lower. Or wait until monday and go back in for another blood test. This time making sure it is the one that shows numbers and not just -/+

I see both lines. I hope you get an answer soon.

i say this as someone that can also obsess a bit to much, just take a few days and dont test, it wont change anything. this last one looked like a evapish one.

or like someone else said go back to your doctor and ask for a quantitative blood test

i dont know what else to tell you other than give it a few days, taking so many test per day is only going to drive you nuts

I agree... its going to drive you nuts and poor. There is nothing at ALL that knowing now rather than three days from now will benefit you.

I think it's really REALLY time to stop testing and find out what is up with all of this off and on spotting. The "disappearing positive" just looks like the antibody strip showed up as the dye moves across the test field and the accuclear does not appear positive either because the entire test filed is still pink. Unless there is a pink line in the field that is darker than the rest of the field it doesn't mean anything to have a visible line with pink to it. What did the test look like at the time it says to read it? The reason that tests are supposed to be read at a certain time is to give the test field a chance to clear so it will be easy to see if the test line is pink against the white background. A positive will only get darker, not lighter, as the test waits so there is no reason to rush to read it. I am so sorry that you are getting bounced around so much with this, hun but I really think you could save yourself a little bit of the heartache if you would stick to good pink dye tests (I think accuclear are horrible just from your evaps), read the tests at the time limit and then scratch the field and throw it away. Stress can delay ovulation and it's no good in pregnancy either.

Stick to using First Response Early Result tests. I do not trust other tests near as much, even when I was questioning my own positives on them... I do really think you need to stop testing so much and figure out what is going on with your body before you move forward. I totally get the obsessing but I think your obsessing could be better used elsewhere.... like figuring out charting. Even if you aren't regular I'm sure your body has some sort of rhythm or pattern and charting (and I mean temping and all) would help you discover what's going on.
