Excalibur Dehydrator Questions

I just received my Excalibur dehydrator - Oh Happy Day!

I've got a question, though. What temp do you use for crispy nuts? The instructions gave a wide range. We started out at 125 and the 5 trays of nuts have not crisped up in over 15 hours!

I think I use 140 as I think Nourishing Traditions says to keep it under 150? I did a huge batch awhile back and so it's been awhile and my brain isn't fully functioning this morning
