How to feed DH?

Hello,

We're not as TF as I would like to be. We have been steadily changing though. We have been TF like for almost a year. We were low fat vegetarians before. So it has been exciting. So, this high fat, high protein, diet has been great for me. My intestinal issues have cleared up, my skin is clear, and the pounds slip off (also lactating). However, the same is no true for DH. He has gained . I know it isn't only diet. It is lack of exercise too but I want to focus on diet since we know how to fix the other part. He also isn't as strict in his diet as I am. My intestines go crazy when I eat too many wheat products.

Help me think of what to feed him to keep him mostly TF but be healthier. Sorry if confusing...nak

thanks

DH and I have different needs. I make the same thing and we eat different portions. I eat more meat and veg and a little bit of starch, he does the opposite. I have only been doing TF for a few days but this is how we work it out. I dont eat wheat either as I am figuring out that I just cant handle it. We were vegetarians before this and the change has been fun!

Thanks, Lydiah. It is quite a change isn't it. I thought I was doing the best for us by making beans and granola and drinking soymilk etc. Who knew!
