is my ham still good?! baked on tuesday...

i baked a spiral ham on tuesday, and i am staring at it sitting on my plate, looking oh so delicious. my concern is ... could it be bad? it's been five days. i am completely paranoid about stuff like this.

Hams have long shelf lives. Eat it!

I would eat it. Those spiral sliced hams are cured then baked, then heated. As long as it's been refrigerated, I'm sure it's fine. That's one of the benefits of cured meats.

in our house, we would eat a ham until it is gone...up to 2 weeks.

My general feeling is, unless it smells or looks weird, eat it.
