Well, I love tofu too. A lot. Without restriction, I eat TONS of soy products... soy milk, tofu, fake meat, tempeh, etc.
So, apparently there is a phyto-estrogen in soybeans, and this could potentially, in large doses, cause an estrogen imbalance... so progesterone would be (relatively) low, giving me the late o and short lp I have... who knows how much effect it has, but I figure moderation is important, and I eat so much of it...
Also, the "making babies" book says I am "tired" and recommends against a lot of soy products...
Anyway, I am still eating it... We're making tofu stir fry for dinner. Yum!
