Just wondering if anyone out there has any reviews of this site? I just found myself (it just shifted to being a free site) and am wondering how it might work for K next year. I'm sorry I don't know how to link to it but the web site is www.lessonpathways.com Thanks

I visited the website but was unsure how to use everything on there. I also had a hard time navigating around the site and determining what I needed to do to set-up a full curriculum for the year. Maybe someone else will have some suggestions for you and I. I am interested in learning more about it too especially since it is free.

If the structure hasn't changed recently, you can poke around in the different age and subject categories (i.e. kindergarten - social studies) and they'll have a whole list of lessons. You click the link of the ones you want -- subscribe, add, something like that -- and choose which one of your children's profiles you want it added to, then when you go to your own user page, everything you chose will be arranged by subject and student. You can leave feedback after you do an activity at the bottom of the page in the comments section and rate the activities, so you have a record of which ones you liked the best. Once you get a feel for the site, it's pretty easy to use, but it did take me a little exploring first to get the hang of it.

out of curiosity I signed uplast night. it lookedconfusing at first but once I added my student (ds1) it was easier.

Basically you add a student then go back to the pathways choose your grade and go trough the subjects you can then click to add them. once added the land into your planner (though this loads slow here) and once in your planner you can rearrange the lessons and adjust it so it fits you.

Most things are linked to sites that have the neccesary stuff so it doesn't ook like you'll have to spend a lot of money to get what you want. in math for instanceyou need apples and gummy worms that sort of thing.

Thanks for the information. It sounds like it might be easy once you get the hang of it. I will go and check it out again.

My 7yo *loves* it. She likes that the links for info and reading are all her level. She can find the subject she wants to learn and she takes off. Thus far we've only used it for 'fun learning' -- I've never assigned her anything. There's a lot of work put into the lessons.
