I was about to order RS when I saw tons of negative feedback about their customer service and installation issues. I found a program called Fluenz on amazon that looks similar. Has anyone tried it? It's less expensive, but I haven't heard anyone talk about it. I had Rosetta Stone years ago and loved it and was looking for something similar for my 9 yo.
