Healthy Dessert Ideas?

What are some good, healthy dessert ideas for a treat or every other day or so? Beyond a piece of fruit Thanks!

I just made these oatmeal banana cookies the other day because I had overripe bananas and I didn't feel like making banana bread. They turned out delicious and totally guilt-free. I didn't have dates so I subbed in dried cherries instead (I should have chopped them up a bit) and I used coconut oil. Some of the reviewers said they weren't sweet enough so I added two tablespoons of honey and I think it helped hold the cookies together.

Ingredients

* 3 ripe bananas
* 2 cups rolled oats
* 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
* 1/3 cup vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil, and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.

Yogurt (esp. a nice greek yogurt) with honey or maple syrup (add fruit/nuts/seeds if you like too).

Lassi (mango, yogurt, a bit of sugar, ice - also great with pineapple instead of mango and a touch of fresh ginger, plus you don't really need sugar with the pineapple).

Dates stuffed with marscapone or cream cheese (with cinnamon & sugar mixed into it).

Not sure how "healthy" this really is but I like to trick myself into thinking it is because of the nuts & banana!! I have sundaes made with banana, a little melted dark chocolate, a scoop of PB, and a scoop of soy ice cream. Sometimes add chopped walnuts.

I've also been dying to make the black bean brownies someone posted on here... they looked so yummy!!

Also, oatmeal cookies, made with less sugar, blackstrap molasses, and sometimes nuts/raisins/etc.

we do mango lassis too and any kind of fruit smoothie. i take leftovers and make ice cube size popsicles.

i love to do dates stuffed with an almond, then coat with a dab of honey and roll in shredded coconut. mumkimum, i can't wait to try stuffing with cream cheese!!

also for a quick chocolate covered treat, i mix cocoa powder with coconut oil, splash of vanilla, and honey/maple syrup/molasses/etc to taste.... then coat nuts or dried fruit and chill in the fridge till solid (prunes are my favorite, oddly enough). i also use this combo as a liquid to pour over ice cream to make instant "hard shell" or chilled a bit as a ganache to spread on cookies and cakes.

for a delicious protein snack that sometimes will satisfy my sweet tooth, i like to mix cottage cheese with yogurt and raisins. i can't believe how good this is. sometimes i add nuts.

i do a lot of baking substituting honey, blackstrap molasses, sorghum or maple syrup for sugar too. i want to start doing more fruit based treats though.

DH just whipped up a batch of the black bean brownies & they're in the oven now. The batter was super yummy so I have high expectations! I also came across this recipe on the same website for Pumpkin Raisin Oatmeal Cookies that sounds good too!
