always hungry, should I exercise?

I'm BFing, constantly eating, and always hungry! DD is 7 months now. I've got about 2 pounds to go until I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight (155). And I am EATING. Peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon kind of eating. I have not exercised at all since she was born. I want to start exercising because I feel like I still have at least 10 pounds of fat I could lose. But, I feel like I'm literally always hungry as it is. I'm a SAHM and I've never left my babe with anyone, so I don't know if I want to go through the hassle of finding child care.

Will I get even hungrier if I start exercising? Should I just stop eating so much fattening foods to lose the weight?

I know this sounds stupid. =)

Well, congrats on your almost-back bod. If you count the weight of your huge nursing boobs, maybe you ARE back! Ha, ha (sorry if that's too...personal.)

I think that exercise making you hungrier is true and false. You're burning calories, so of course your body craves them back. But if you make the right choices, even eating back what you burn, your body will be building muscle and burning more calories all day than it would have without it. Take a power walk with the babe. Childcare not necessary!
