congrats frisbee!!!!!

AFM- My monitor and ovaries are torturing me this morning. I have had a high on my monitor for 4 days now and my ovaries feel like they are going to burst. My OPK was about 1/2 the color of the control yesterday and I usually get a slow rise in color over a few days. I o'd on cd17 last month and was thinking it was going to be earlier this month. It is cd14 now. DH goes out of town tomorrow so we will BD tonight and get a 2-3 day cut off. What will be will be but I hate waiting and not knowing what is going on.

Hang in there Jen!

I'm in limbo too, right now. 16DPO, temps still above cover line, but more BFN's this morning. What the heck is going on?

If I ovulated on CD44, and don't get a BFP or AF by 18DPO, what could this mean?

Heading out of town today, back on Tuesday. Will take another test when I get back and see what happens. I've packed lots of tampons, just in case.

Congrats Frisbee!!

AFM - I was really good and didn't test until day, at 12dpo-ish. BFN. I don't know what I expected, as I have zero symptoms, but I thought I'd give it a go. I just *know* we didn't catch it this month.

Ah well, onwards! I am expecting AF on Saturday, so I'm not out yet...

Newsflash: 7dpo is evil. That is all.
Rochelleann- I hope AF stays away and you just have a late implanter FX for a BFP for you.

loonar- almost there, I so agree. The 2ww is the worst.

AFM- I finally got a peak on my monitor today but I got a almost + on my OPK yesterday afternoon so I knew it was surging. We DTD last night and the night before and DH left today so that was it for us. Now for the long 2ww. I plan on testing next friday at 10dpo if I can keep myself from testing earlier.YEAH RIGHT!!!

thought i'de chime in since i will most likely start obsessing in 7 days.

do u ladies bd after u get crosshairs, ya know, just in case? this is my 2nd month temping so i've got lots of silly questions. lol. as u can see from my chart, i had a + opk on a cb stick on friday and sat, peaked on my cbfm on sun and today but negative opk last night and today. temp still has not shifted. just trying to make sense of this all...
iheartmyfamily- I usually stop on O day but it doesn't hurt to continue.

AFM- I am pos. I O'd today. I had a almost pos oPK yesterday and my monitor said peak today but I had alot of O pain this afternoon around 3pm and now my abdomen only feels a bit tender but not pinful like it has been for the last few days. i adjusted my FF chart since it will try to say I O tomorrow since my monitor didn't pick up the surge till today and I don't temp. Anyway so the 2 ww starts and so does the obsession.

Good morning fellow obsessors!

iheartmyfamily - We were so oversexed by the time I was convinced I ovulated that we haven't gotten naughty since then. In future months (I'd love to think there won't be any future months, but since this is our first month trying I'm guessing I'm in for more merry-go-round rides) I'll probably try not to get so carried away. But I'd guess you're probably fine if you stop with your crosshairs... you can always start again if it starts to look like the crosshairs were wrong.

jen&james - Welcome to the two week wait! When will you start testing?

frisbee - Congratulations!

rochelleann - Any news? Still in limbo?

tonyaw & finnegansmom - Bummer about the unwanted guest. Best of luck this cycle.

Meanwhile, in loonarland... I woke up with a nice temp spike so of course I went and peed on a stick. At 8 (or 7?) DPO with no symptoms to speak of. So very, very, negative. I only have two more tests on hand, so I'm going to do my best to wait a few days. Hah.

No news from me. I'm now 18DPO, and no hint of any 2nd line at all. Another BFN today.

I'm so frustrated!!

Oh Rochelleann that sucks. I'm keeping FX for that BFP for you.

AFM - I'm 14dpo and dying to test. I am looking fairly impressive in the BB's (that was my only symptom when pregnant with DD) and they are aching. However, since having my IUD removed, I am getting more AF symptoms and that could just be one of them. I may run out and get a test at the Dollar Store at lunch!!

Rochelleann- I can't seem to get your chart link to work but is there any way youu O'd later than you thought?

SML27- You haven't tested yet? How can you do that? Go test! The suspense is killing me over here!

AFM- n I am already wanting to trst but I am only 1dpo. I am plannin on testing next wed at 8dpo.

Boooooo! It MUST be AF symptoms, so I'll probably expect the unwelcome visitor soon.

But still not officially out!

Hi everyone! I'm new here and well, not technically TTC but I'm really starting to think DH and I might have a surprise baby coming in, oh... 9 months? Everything seems EXACTLY like with DD before I tested.

Let's see. I've been nauseated every day for a couple of weeks, my breasts have been sore, I've had some back aches, lots and lots of fatigue!, and I've seen an increase in vaginal discharge too. Today I had some really light spotting, which didn't lead to anything. In theory I should have my period on the 12th so it's a little early. Again, this happened just like for DD (very, very minimal spotting a couple days before AF was supposed to arrive). I tried testing on the 6th (ok, WAAAAYYYY too early, I know but I've had these symptoms since I ovulated basically) and got a BFN. So I'm trying to hold out until the day my period is supposed to start at least. I didn't chart since we weren't TTC so I have no clue about my temps..

I'm both excited and VERY nervous about this. DD's only 14 months old so we'd have two under two. Plus, I'm still nursing (quite a bit actually! DD is not big on solids) and haven't made much progress on losing the baby weight. On the other hand, I only have one ovary due to a tumor I had before DD came along and so I have a lower chance of conceiving. We thought DD might just have been our lucky fluke of nature but if I'm preggers now that might not be the case. . It'll definitely make things interesting, though, since we have to move in a year so the baby would be really young!

I know DH is hoping that I'm not (don't worry, he'd be excited if I was but he's more worried about the move+job front) and I just want to know ASAP! So I guess I'm just trying to say that I'm having a really hard time to wait to take another test!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ETA: I forgot to add, I am kind of hoping I'm pregnant now because due to the move we'd have to be really careful NOT to get pregnant because we have to switch insurances and they wouldn't pay for me if I was already pregnant. So it's kind of now or not for quite a long time sort of thing!

if you are moving within the united states and the insurance is group insurance (such as that provided by an employer and not something you seek out yourself) they HAVE to cover pregnancy. Its the law. (former insurance agent... this has been a law for quite some time but most people dont know it. Pregnancy can not count as pre-existing condition under group coverage)

Nope, it would be an international move... so it'd be pretty crazy with a little 2 month old!!!!! And I checked already. I would have to want at least a month before TTC there and it's best if I wait 3 months for the insurance to cover me without too much of a headache.

Here it is again.

I think that I just didn't ovulate at all; it's either yet to come, or it's an anovulatory cycle. This is my first full cycle charting, so it sucks that this happens to be a whacky one. I'm on CD63 right now. This is the longest cycle I've ever had.

I've been pretty stressed at work though...have some major things going on. Plus, I've gained 10lbs in the last 6 weeks due to working late nights, skipping breakfast and lunch and eating a huge meal at night. Not healthy at all! Oh, and this cycle I've flown out 3 times, and DH has flown out 4 times, so we haven't been in the same place much - and I'm sure the flights have messed with my temps and such! This is the slow time of year, too! We see even less of each other in the summer!!! Lots of reasons....I'm sure they're all to blame.

As soon as AF get here, I'll hang around for another 60 days to take the next test!

This thread is usually very busy! I guess all the regulars have got their BFP's!!!
Hi ladies, can I join you? I'm waiting to see what this episode of spotting meant....my OB said to wait until about Monday to get a reliable HPT answer. I'm sure AF will come before then.....sigh.....but it IS nice to have you wonderful ladies to obsess with!!

We have five beautiful (if I do say so myself) and wonderful children already, so I should just shut up even if I do get a BFN. I'm just really open to another beautiful little spirit materializing in our family! Even though it would mean more dumb comments, like "Are they all yours/don't you know what causes that/gee you must have your hands full..."

Holy cow Frisbee, you must be Super Excited!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!

Welcome freestyler and physmom. Rochelleann, hugs galore for you. I can really sympathize with the work stress.

I tested again this morning, 10 or 9 DPO, and definitely saw something. I don't know if it was pink. Maybe you ladies can help me decipher it?

Um there is definately a line there! I don't think the FRERs give evaps do they? It looks pink to me but it's kind of dark but I'll go out on a limb and say it's a BFP! Congrats!
