dh is going to fix the greenhouse in the backyard this weekend! I am so excited as I have next week off. I want to start my next rotation of lettuce and spring onions, as well as plant my tomato and pepper seeds.

I may have gotten a little aggressive with my tomato selection...sadly I am the only one in the family who eats tomatoes...lakeruby I like the idea of bartering with them...

I guess I was worried that the seeds wouldn't come up, and would rather have too many than too few. Most of my seeds are from last year or older, I tend to pick up seeds deeply discounted at the end-of-season sales.

I'd been working on pulling up the Bermuda sod last year, so I have a lot of garden beds to use. I can also put flowers in among the foundation plantings that came with the place. I'll try to keep the veggies in the side & back yard beds, but the rest can go all over.

I've been telling my dh we need to move to TX.I even found a house,so I could garden MORE.Alas,we are still in Ohio and I am just ordering seeds and seedlings. Just working on my seedling list from the local soil and water and so far I picked: trumpet vine, black walnut, hazel nut, plum, paw paw, elderberry, and red mulberry.

Only thing I am growing right now is some wheat berry seeds in my sprouter that I can add to my juicer. I did bring in a clump of chives over the winter, but it never grew much.

I like to grow things that we can eat,or that the birds can eat.I also love tall plants.Been looking at the prarie moon nursery forbes.I want some culvers root and maybe some cup or compass plant. All ofcourse tall.I think culvers has some medicinal use.

I really want to move!
