Conditioning Leather

I just scored a beautiful leather couch and loveseat set on Craig's List. The leather has that naturally distressed look but it clearly needs some TLC as it's a bit on the dry side.

Is there a good natural substance I can use to restore it to all it's glory?

I've seen recommended before (and also use myself) the unscented baby Dr. Bronners liquid for cleaning leather. It's worked well, you do want to make sure you dilute it and not use it directly on there. There's probably some other way to help 'condition' the leather though, that I wouldn't know.
