(Unless you live in a sunny and are outside in it) how often should you eat oily fish such as salmon, tuna and cod, to get enough Vitamin D? I read it is fat-soluble so the body can store it, meaning we don't need it every day, so how often do we need it? Im guessing like twice a week since I always hear on those healthy food shows of people saying to eat fish twice a week at least. ?
