Good Morning! I'm trying to start off on the right foot for the week and the month! Today is the perfect day for it.

I'm in for 1500. I have slacked off HARD since December, but I'm back and ramping up for bathing suit season. Also training for a 10k and I want to be competitive for it.

Made my goal and then some in Jan. Slacked off too much in Feb. and fell short, 815/1200

New month, fresh start, no excuses! Be back tonight after the gym!
