3/2 - 40 minutes weights
3/3 - 70 minute run and stretch
3/5 - 30 minutes intervals
3/6 - 40 minutes weights
3/7 - 40 minute run
3/8 - 45 minutes easy two miles and hill workout, stretching
3/9 - 70 minute trail run
3/10- too much time spent at the kids' school volunteering
3/11- 40 minutes doing intervals
3/12- 70 minute run and stretch
3/13- 60 minutes - intervals and weights
3/14- 60 minute flexibility fusion (yoga/pilates class)
3/15- 60 minutes moderate 2 mile jog/run. Hill work out and bleachers
3/16- nothing
3/17- 90 minute run with stretching
3/19- 75 minute run
3/22- 30 minutes weights
3/23- 60 minute run
3/24- nada
3/25- 120 minutes total. 40 minutes intervals and cardio, 20 minutes weights and stretching, 60 minutes gardening and yardwork (commercial leaf blower - pulling up plants - moving 50 lb bags etc)
