So far its been a green smoothie with 2 eggs and maybe a little bit of veggies leftover from the night before. I am trying to keep the starches to a minimum, but I can handle small portions.

Coconut milk yogurt with blueberries
almond yogurt with a bit of honey and berries
brown rice cakes topped with almond butter or egg salad
breakfast burritos made with brown rice tortillas filled with scrambled eggs/bacon

HTH! We're in the same boat.

Another one I forgot to mention:

"primal cereal" made by blending nuts with almond milk (or coconut) and topping with more almond milk and coconut flakes.

the most classic breakfast ever: eggs and bacon! or switch it up with eggs and sausage, and sauteed kale.

From a traditional foods perspective are other flours bad. I have been toying with some to make my DD's birthday cake. I have millet, brown rice, and chickpea flour. Are these ok in moderation or are they way too processed for the TF diet?

No, other flours aren't bad, but you asked about keeping starches to a minimum, which is why I suggested coconut flour products. It allows you to still have muffins or bread and because they're packed with eggs, they're higher in protein and fat and less starchy than other baked goods.

the thing with pea/bean flours is, from a tf preparation/digestion view, they arent soaked, sprouted or properly preparred before being processed so these flours can be not so great. brown rice flour is ok, it's low in anti-nutrients (phytates, etc.), but it is just as high in carbs/starch as white rice flour and really almost as high as wheat.

i like almond flour for baking. its not no carb, but it is really low carb. if you pm me ill direct you to a copy of my recipe for almond flour, no sugar, low carb/starch breakfast muffins. my experience of coconut flour is it feels weird to me, my body doesnt digest it well, it actually feels too fibrous, like it sticks in my throat. but plenty of folks love it.
