I've really let meself go the past two months. Stopped exercising and starting eating a lot of junk. I could easily blame it on stress because we are in the middle of trying to sell our home and move to TX, but I'll just say it's lack of motivation/self-discipline. So my question is, do you think that my lack of over all well-being could prevent ovulation/conception? I've noticed that when I'm not exercising and eating well I get horrible breakouts on my face and upper back (gross, i know). I'm wondering if the exercise was regulating my hormones? Any experience with this?

Sure as heck didn't bother me. I usually walk 2 miles a night and eat somewhat well but since the first of November I have gone lazy... and I got pregnant towards the end of December.
As a matter of fact, we had tried 7 cycles... most of those 7 cycles I was trying to stay healthy and it was the cycle I just couldn't anymore (-20 degrees is not good walking weather) that it finally happened. Is that why? I doubt it. But it certainly didn't hurt my chances.
That said, yes exercising is helpful and good, but for many many many women it does not impact their fertility much if at all.

Not sure about lack of exercise, but gaining (or losing) a bunch of weight can have an effect on ovulation. This doesn't mean it will affect you, but it's possible. Exercising and eating right would also help manage the stress you're feeling because of the upcoming move. I apologize if that's not what you want to hear!
I can definitely relate to your lack of motivation and self-discipline. Good luck!
