Isnt that the most pitiful face?
Mommy and Kianna

She is so tiny petite but weights 15# already. She is crawling all over the place and sitting up already. Its so funny to see her cause she is so tiny but she looks like she is 9 months old the way she moves!
She is so pretty!

Clementine is 14 pounds, 4 ounces naked. She was 6 months on the 25th. She's 26 inches long. She's small, so is my son.

She's sitting very well.

I started giving her tastes of avocado yesterday. She doesn't seem too thrilled.

A haircut??!! I think Dylan will be at least 10 by the time he needs his hair cut! This kid has only a teeny bit of hair.

We have had some rice cereal, banana, squash, and avocado. He loves eating from the spoon. He's so cute sitting there with his mouth open, waiting.

Sleeping has been horrible here....getting up every hour. We're waiting for that second tooth to push through.

And, tonight he had some blood in his poop. I'm trying not to freak out about it. He seems ok (despite all the fussiness from teething), so we'll just see how his next BM is and call the dr in the morning.

Here are two silly pictures:

DD2 did that this week. i was holding her while eating and she just grabbed the crust off my plate and went to town on it. she got mad when we took it away. daddy felt so bad he let her have it again. she loved it. she has already had green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, and squash baby food. and yogurt and applesauce. she loves it all and wants more. i am afraid to give her a tummy ache though. i want her to start sleeping through the night again. and i dont know if it is bc she doesnt have enough to eat or if she is eating too much..... DD1 never ate anything esp not this early. she hardly eats anything now even.

Well, dd has bronchiolitis (sp?), and is on albuterol inhaler (with a face mask to get to to inhale it). We have to monitor her to make sure she's improving (she seems to be), and to make sure she doesn't go into respiratory distress. Scary. She had to have a breathing treatment at the dr's office because her oxygen level was too low, but after the treatment it made it up to the acceptable level. They are naturopaths, but they use allopathic medicine when it's the best thing. They also prescribed a nutritional supplement, something called immune support or something, from pure encapsulations. she hates it!
We defininitely won't be doing solids soon, obviously she is a very sensitive one.
For the two mamas with mastitis, have you had your baby's latches examined recently by a good lactation consultant? That can be a factor, both in mastitis and in a hungry baby.
Take care.
