Come on babies!

I'm in again, promising to try not to stress. I estimate that I am 6DPO but I don't chart so there is no way to know for sure. I'm trying to hold off testing until March 8th. Wish me luck!

Good luck to all those TTCing this month!

I started typing out this post yesterday, but was so so tired I couldn't finish!

Anyways, I had the most amazing experience yesterday at the park and want to share. So, I was helping the kids play and over heard some man speaking with his children with an Irish accent, so I asked him if he was from Ireland (we lived there for some time, close to a year). We started chatting away and I found out his lovely wife was an intuitive! We got into me being a doula, and how spiritual it could/can be. And reiki etc.

Anyways, fast forward 30 minutes of awesome convo, and she said, "What you are waiting for....March/April" and a huge grin. I cried instantly and hugged her. She said "I see you out to here, huge belly and a popped out belly button". Something about thinks all coming together for July.

Apparently I've been breaking down some issues I had with my childhood and it is helping, purifying (maybe something about salt?), but also something to do with chlorophyll (sp?) and my sciatica. She also told me to tell my husband to watch his knee. I never asked, she just opened up and shared with me. Is was thrilling!

March or April...this is MARCH!

Seriously. Wow.

A lot of it meant so much to me, but without knowing knowing me it would be hard to say it all. You know?

Thanks though, I'm so pumped! I'm now talking as if I am pregnant and staying really positive, because it cannot hurt!

The most perfect egg is preparing to be released by my ovary and the most perfect sperm is preparing to fertilize it.

I am still here. I am in the TWW. We didnt really try this cycle. I think we may have had good timing anyway although I cant be sure because I wasnt charting CM this cycle. I think I will keep TTC this way. Its relaxed and I dont care if I get a BFP. I am trying a new diet for my crohns and I have an appt with a naturopath on monday so I am feeling pretty optimistic.

Symptoms if they apply: Nothing physical but the ol' CBEFM says today is a high day. I may have to take advantage of it.
When are you thinking of testing: Not this week that's for sure!
Thoughts: Looking forward to what the next few weeks bring in terms of TTC
Appointments: Nothing in the upcoming week.
Any new regimes, ie herbs, medications, mantras etc: I'm calling on St. Gerard.
Do you have any stress triggers: :hispers:: Things have been pretty good, lately...especially at work. Don't tell my boss I said that!

Partners feelings if applicable: He's going with the flow, as always.
Plans for this weekend: Going to try and get some cooking done for the week on Saturday; maybe take my kiddo to a local park to get some fresh air. Dinner at my parents on Sunday. And laundry. Always laundry.

Weekend Check-In

Name: karmab
Date: march something
Where are you in your cycle: just about the last day, cd 28
Symptoms if they apply: n/a
When are you thinking of testing: n/a

Thoughts: so many. had some high hopes from a string of symptoms earlier, and one nasty evap. 14 dpo and only bfns. this end of the cycle time is really the saddest, isn't it. lots of reflecting. hoping to recharge for next cycle. it's not like me to be down, but i am at this moment, a little blue.

Appointments: n/a
Any new regimes, ie herbs, medications, mantras etc: i did order an ovwatch. actually, i ordered two. first i ordered one on ebay. paypal held up my payment for no good reason! so i was getting nervous that it wouldnt get here in time, so i went ahead and ordered another one off the website, w 2nd day shipping. both arrived in time. so i am adding that to my ever expanding arsenal of ttc goodies. i do, as my signature indicates, feel prepared.

Do you have any stress triggers: the usual. we only planned to give this x number of months- maybe 6-ish, and if it doesnt work, figuring it may be God's way of telling us it's not meant to be. I am 42 after all, i don't have years to try. DH has unproven swimmers. i am contemplating asking him to get sa, but it's only been 2 cycles, 1 that was messed up by LPD, so i'm not sure i'm not overthinking it. he's just never knocked anyone up- never tried to, but never accidentally did either. the other thing is this progesterone deal, where you have to stop it once you know you are not pg. but then you hear stories of people who didnt get their bfp till .. you name it, 15, 16 dpo. what if i stop it and i shouldnt have! this puts so much pressure on the hpt thing.

What is working to help you be stress-free this cycle: in general, im not stressed. just once in a while, like today, it catches up with you, ya know? trying to continue to trust God, and to keep my sense of humor, and to not freak out for no reason! continuing to learn about ttc, gathering tips from other mamas here, doing what i can, leaning on a few for support, and remembering that it is all going to be ok.

Partners feelings if applicable: he's cool. i love him so much.

Plans for this weekend: ah, the best- ds #2 is coming home for the weekend from college tonight. i've been cooking his favorites all day, put together a nice care package for him to take back, really looking fwd to seeing him. that will be a wonderful distraction for the next few days.
