making bulk burritos (regular and breakfast) question

So we just had a baby I meant to do this before he came, but ended up with a really lousy last two weeks of pregnancy and he was also two weeks early!

So anyway, I need to know approximately how much I need to buy to make about 25 regular burritos and breakfast burritos to freeze.

So here's my basic recipe and I'm not at all sure how many burritos it yields.

Regular-
1lb meat
1 can kidney beans or refried beans
1 can diced tomatoes
seasoning
cheese

I've actually never made breakfast burritos, but I know that the ones we like have eggs, sausage, potatoes, green chile and cheese. Does anyone have proportions on these?

Thanks so much!

I made breakfast burritos before and they were pretty gross when we reheated them. I made sure the eggs were a bit undercooked when I made them figuring that they would cook some when we reheated them. Even so the eggs were really overcooked and rubbery when we reheated them. So you may want to make a small batch first to give it a try before you make too many.

As far as proportions go, I used 2 dozen eggs for about 20 burritos. I also put cheese, a little milk, and salsa in them. I just kind of eyeballed those; a big handful of cheese, a splash of milk and maybe a cup of salsa.

Congratulations on the new baby!
