I'm wondering if anyone out there has encountered a weekly pregnancy menu with Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (even snacks), following the recommended daily calorie intake and portions? I know the info is out there, but with 5 children and expecting #6, I totally need this all laid out for me in an easy to access menu. My dream menu would follow a format like this:
Monday
Breakfast: 1 cup of orange slices, 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of milk, 1 egg
Lunch: 1/2 cup of pasta with sauce, 1 cup of green beans, 1 apple, 1/2 Italian sausage
Dinner: 2 cups of chicken and wild rice soup, 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 slice of garlic bread.
Etc.., Etc..
