I can't seem to find any Recommended Daily Allowance amount for fish oil, but have found a few places saying you should get 1,000mg EPA/DHA daily for optimum health. Is that true?
And if you are taking a fish oil supplement what is the amount of mg in it of EPA and DHA?
I bought a supplement which has 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA, so 300mg combined, so Im taking 3 capsules of it daily so I get 900mg.
