My 10mo DS's lower back has pretty dry skin that has been there for several weeks. He wears pfs and Thirsties covers. The area is below where the cover would hit;it's where the diaper is. His diaper is rarely soaked through to the back except in the morning. I do a vinegar rinse every cycle and use Purex F&C detergent. He also has some on his hips too sometimes. His front diaper area is usually pretty good since I started doing vinegar rinses (got rashy before that). I've been putting coconut oil on it and I should probably put a fleece liner in the back until it's gone.
