I just got diagnosed (finally! after 5 years!) with hip bursitis and am doing physical therapy. While I feel confident that the therapist will help me out, I'm just curious if anyone else has gone through this and successfully started exercising and getting a good burn cardio-wise. Did you have to do swimming or could you use the bike or run or things that would normally aggrevate your hip again? I HATE swimming, so I hope that is not the case. Thanks for any thoughts!
