6 mo with low fever and strong urine odor

Our ds has been running a low fever (not over 100) for the past two nights - and only at night - and 3 days ago I noticed his wet diapers have a really strong, strange odor. Don't know if this is related to the stinky pee, but he has just cut another tooth and I think another is ready to erupt. That's what I thought the fever was due to...but maybe not?
Any ideas out there?

Could be a UTI

My dd goes through this when she is teething. Fever, and concentrated urine because of it.
