I'm 28 weeks, and for the last couple of weeks have had some mid back pain - essentially in a band across under my shoulders. It gets nasty and I can't sit still - the only thing that helps is a little dance I do in my office chair switching from one "sit bone" to the other. The bad part about this is that anyone who walks by my office gives me a strange look...I think it looks like I have to go to the bathroom!
Has anyone had this kind of pain, and if so, any luck with exercises/stretching/other techniques to take the edge off? Help me, oh wise MDC mamas!
