Got my birth kit today!

Super excited! I must say I'm glad I bought the "huge" peach pads... I wish I would have ordered more! I planned on getting cloth again from homestead emporium, but it just wasn't in the funds or time frame this go around. The natracare pads are SOFT . I don't know if they're wide enough for this lady , but they look nice! This is my first time using an herbal bath too, so I can't wait for that.

Now just a couple more things from the store and we're ready to go! (Now if I could just find the energy to get the house sparkling clean! )

I got mine at www.babybirthandbeyond.com. There prices are reasonable and they have some homeopathic stuff too.

Yes! Thanks for the reminder. I got a huge thing of peroxide plus some smaller ones. We're using an old waterproof matress pad with fabric on one side and a flannel backed table cloth. But we always keep some shower curtains around "just in case". Gotta love the Dollar Tree!

I also got some povi as well, just in case I decide I want to be in the water this time. The midwife I've seen a few times during the pg said to use sea salt, povi, and solumel in the tub if I choose to have a water birth. IDK, water birth is an uncharted territory for me!
