So we had my mirena removed early feb followed by a day or two of spotting followed by a af... I thought... followed by a couple days of being fine followed by spotting for a while then last Friday it was like a lite period then sat just spotting then Sunday like a lite period then Monday it was hello af! Heay heavy bleeding changing a super tampax pearl every 2 hours. Tues was just as bed wed let up and this morning my tampon from then night before was dry. So bd 1st thing @ 430am lol took an ovulation test today just incase and nope.... of course.
So anyways I'm going to go with this last af as my actual af and the beginning of my cycle...would u count the 1st 5 days of bleeding my af or this last af? I think I'm gonna go with today as cd5.
