Does anyone know what the pumping at work laws are in Pennsylvania. Is there a law in PA that an employer needs to provide a private place for a mother to pump other then a bathroom? TIA!

It doesn't look like they have very good laws on this. Seems there are only laws regarding rights to BF in public: http://www.llli.org/Law/Bills33.html

It also looks like they're working to improve working mom's BF rights with HB 164 http://www.nasw-pa.org/associations/...Bill%20164.pdf

ETA: http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/...&type=B&bn=164 if you don't like PDF's

Looks like your question is already answered...but no, there is no law in place that employers have to provide a pumping area. Crunchy Mommy, thanks for the links!
