WHAT things do I need to be crossing out or changing? My DS's ped is going to make me sign this.

Cross out the part or write that you do not agree with the part about putting your child's life at risk and endangering the lives of other children. Instead write that you feel the risks of vaccinating which include all of the things they list as risks of NOT vaccinating incidentally outweigh any potential purported benefit of vaccinating. Just for giggles I would ask to see what form they have vaccinating parents sign and see what it says about risks and compare the two.

The things it says are actually not untrue. All the risks including death ARE poenetial risks of VAD's however, what the form does not address is that those SAME RISKS are accociated with the vaccines.
