My raw cleanse

So I have started a raw food cleanse- trying for 10 days after which I will add in PLAIN cooked beans and LIGHTLY steamed veggies. I feel good so far- this is day 4 - actually yesterday was hard- I was craving sugar BIGTIME- I ate fruit and it really did help..
I am hoping to get back into a healthy eatting mode- more WHOLE fodds and less processed crap- cleansing the pallate feels good- hoping to do this for the whole month of march-
no alcohol, coffee, sugar (except in fruit), flour of any kind, dairy, soy, etc...
hoping a benefit will also be weight loss!!
anyone wanna join in to ANY extent?- what feels good to you right now?

I'd love to do a cleanse right now, but can't since 6mos. pg. I thought you deserved a reply though since your efforts are commendable! I did come up with a healthy eating plan which moves in the direction of a total vegan wholefood diet by eliminating certain items each week (1st week vegan, 2nd week vegan no processed food, etc) Success is variable, but I'm going to keep on it.

Right now I'm loving green smoothies and fruit.

In the end i hope to simply eat a cleaner diet- WAY less flour products and less quick easy fixes!!!
