I have some liver that I soaked in milk...on tuesday mid-day for dinner tuesday evening. Then of course promptly forgot about it becasue my husband wanted to take us out to eat that night. Is it bad now? (now being thursday evening) It's been in the cold part of the fridge but can soaking liver too long ruin it?
