DS1 goes to preschool, so those days are scheduled for him.
Other than that, I think we're actually pretty free-range, with the exception of evenings--dinner, baths, and bed happen at the same time--with the exception of nights Daddy's home when there's no school the next day, then we do what we want and spend some time with him.
We go out quite a bit and do stuff. Other than going to those activities, I let them do whatever, whenever at home...sometimes DS2 naps early, sometimes late, sometimes one nap, sometimes 2, sometimes he is up later than the other kids...it really depends on his day.
the other two *need* the same bedtime and all that, especially DD who has given up napping for the most part.
I do suggest activities and they like to take me up on them.,
