Still Bleeding - Anyone Else?

My baby was born on 12/21. I can't remember bleeding this long with the others. She's 10.5 wks. I stopped bleeding for a few weeks but then started again. I thought it *could* be my period but it's been more than a week now and doesn't seem very period like. Anyone else gone/going through this? TIA

I bled for the whole 6 weeks, didn't bleed for one week, now I'm bleeding again for a week and a half, though I'm sure its from my hormonal birth control I'm using. I'm hoping I don't bleed the whole time I'm on it

My baby was also born on 12/21!! I bled for 6 weeks PP (despite a D&C at 9 days PP to remove some retained placenta). And here at 10w5d, I got AF. But at least I did have a break in between.

Amy- glad to see your post. I had wondered about you, since I don't remember seeing your birth announcement! belated congrats on your little girl! what ended up happening with the birth- did you end up having a homebirth?

I bled for 9 weeks straight. It got lighter after 7 weeks or so and then it picked up again. It might have been AF in the end there.

I bled for 12 weeks. Of course, part of it was breastfeeding twins. Another part was I was on my own (help ran out) around 10 weeks. The additional activity (no time to sit down) extended the bleeding for a couple more weeks. It stunk.
