Do exemptions cover selective-vax?

It may be a very simple question, but i'm trying not to mess up here.

I'm in PA, getting my un-vaxxed dd ready for preschool. I may get her some vax before school starts. I'm using the religious exemption b/c it mentions "ethical conviction similar to a religious belief" and that i "object to the immunization requirements of the state". So i can still selectively-vax, right? Right?

Also, her older brother is fully vaxxed--will i have problems with that? Will anyone look that deeply when i try to enroll dd in kindergarten? (Her preschool doesn't seem too concerned.)

I have talked with our ped about this (also in PA here). His suggestion was to make a blanket statement suggesting we have not done any vaccinations and to continue vaccinating privately as we wish. We will not be submitting any formal vax records to schools.
Our current preschool (catholic) didn't even ask us for our vax record, but our daycare did. They were aware of our selective vaxing, but never said BOO about it.

Doing public?

YES you might certainly have a problem in PA, depending on the district and your location-Philly is good about sending out notices/phone calls- we do have a state registry, and no opt out of it, all one would have to do at the school level is cross the two children's info (small school might just do that) so you would need to file for BOTH.

Post also in PA section and say your area for more help.

If you choose to vax after taking the exemption that you very well could run into problems. Since your ds has the exemption you cannot get your dd vaxed without voiding that exemption if it is found out.

another thing to think about-

PA is pretty easy, compared to other states.

I personally see a risk with delayed/selective and if it comes out, and a big deal is made about it, the other parents who don't vac will face the the state turning into neighboring states, just take a look at NJ and NY. It really wouldn't take much in certain sections of PA to freak out about vacing.
