which Nordic Naturals fish oils for speech delays?

I know there are a bazillionty threads on this on here already, so before you go directing me to the search I'd noticed that the names of each supplement seem to change around a bit, and a lot of the threads I saw were dated, so I wanted to make sure I was getting the right supplements. They're expensive enough I don't want to guess.

I found "Complete Omega 3-6-9" and bought that, but I saw a lot of threads yesterday where people were combining that with something called "Pro-EPA" which I couldn't find. I can find it online (for about $60/bottle from Amazon, wtf) but there are other ones with EFA in the names now (ie "EPA-Xtra"). Which one am I looking for? And did I get the right 3-6-9 one? SO CONFUSING!

And if I read it right yesterday, dosage seems to be 2 caps of the 3-6-9 and one of the EPA, once daily?

I came across it here on MDC when I was researching speech delays. Try putting "fish oil speech delay" or something like that into the searchy. There was this one study that lots of mamas were referencing, specifically to do with apraxia, where certain fish oils really seemed to make a difference.
