stoked! I sewed a soaker from a goodwill sweater!

Ah, DH did NOT realize how awesome it is and i have to share with somebody!!!
I used the baby bum pattern, and made a soaker while dd was asleep. It was so super easy!!! Don't know if the photo link will work if you're not my facebook friend, but I'll give it a shot..

I wanted to share, too, because I am not the greatest seamstress ever, and I'd been wanting to do that for a long time-- anybody can do it if i can, so if you've been wanting to make one, go for it!!!!!

congrats!

I cut the Woolmark label off the donor sweater, and attached to the cover i made like a label. dh thought i had bought a new wool cover from somewhere
guys just don't notice these thng.
