Baby bottle mouth caused by reflux?

Does anyone here have experience and/or knowledge about this? My son who was EBF had the typical extractions and all done at 2 and it seems like a really common procedure these days. I don't buy it that the breast milk caused it. maybe exaserbated an existing issue once enamel was stripped away and bacteria were present. ANYWAY, I found in researching things for my daughter that reflux causes deterioration of tooth enamel and that 40-60% of babies have reflux issues of some kind. That number is really similar to what I encounter for kids with "baby bottle mouth" A further problem with reflux is that a child can have silent reflux, like my son did, so you don't treat anything,

Any thoughts?

My 2YO just had 8 teeth filled and the dentist is pretty sure that it is caused my reflux. What is silent reflux?

From what I understand the deal with Silent Reflux is that the child swallows the fluids that come up rather than always spitting up.
