My kids are young and other than deciding what we're going to do for the year and getting supplies together for projects, there's no prep here.

I voted "other". I do very, very little prep day to day. I have 3, though only two are "school" age and I tend to correct their work as we go. I do most all my prep on Sunday night - printing out copywork sentences for each, marking narration passages, copying Latin worksheets, etc. So, Sundays probably take 45 minutes or so (depending on the week), but day-to-day is pretty much non-existant.

15 minutes or less for one K'er. We use a workbox system with only 6 boxes, because as someone else said, I don't put the "fun" stuff in there, unless it's an educational game or something she thinks is fun but I think is really educational. I don't put random fun stuff in just to fill up another box. I think she ought to be able to decide for herself what she does with her free time. I do spend lots of time doing the "big stuff" like planning out where we want to be vs. where we are, searching down things I think she'll love, etc.

I voted none, as I don't really prepare for school the day before. After breakfast, the kids play for a little while, and that's when I get our stuff together. Probably less than 15 minutes on average though. I just pull out our reading, skim over the math and get out any manipulatives, etc., and then just improvise anything/everything else. I've tried the workbox thing - filling those spaces the night before - and I found that I just feel less stressed about the whole thing if I go into the morning without any great expectations about what will get accomplished that day. So no more workboxes, and yeah, I'm liking just winging it for now.
