The Fabulous ONE Thread ~ ** March 7-13 ** - Page 10

can you move me to march BFPs? wow, am i the first one in that category?? i'm 12 dpo and tested this morning when i saw my temp rise rather than drop as i anticipated.

i'm gonna c&p from the BSL thread:

oh my god ladies. i'm in shock. the line on the $tree was a nice dark pink almost IMMEDIATELY, and i had saved the pee so i dipped a walgreens stick in it and it said "pregnant" within a minute. i took pics but i can't find my camera cable anywhere.

OH MY GOD. i didn't take vitex or maca, my acupuncture was focused more on stress and mental health than fertility, i ovulated day 25 with barely any fertile CM, and i really just had very few fertility signs. and NO SYMPTOMS. compare that to all the other cycles with perfect timing and supplementing and the symptoms... wtf? i guess we can't explain the mysteries of the universe.

i'm pretty much stunned/in disbelief because i just really, REALLY did not think this was our cycle. i'm due november 22nd. i guess i'll figure out prenatal care stuff later this week, but right now i am pregnant! it feels surreal to both me and DH. we're planning to go out to dinner tonight to the same restaurant we went to the night we found out i was pregnant with DD.

i just keep feeling like... HOLY CRAP IS THIS FOR REAL? the tests are out on the bathroom counter so every time i go in there i'm like, yup, this is real. i can't believe it, you guys... i just can't!

Congratulations to both YummyYumYumMama and NortheastSuperstar! I hope you each have an easy, healthy pregnancy.

SimplyRochelle: You have my deepest sympathies for your tooth pain. Having just gone through that myself, I know it is no picnic. I'm not sure if this is relevant to you, but if you need any teeth removed or any other reason for local anesthesia, I suggest you tell your dentist you are TTC. When I had my first set of wisdom teeth extracted, I asked about the safety of anesthesia and breastfeeding and was told the anesthetic was only potentially harmful to a fetus in the 1st trimester. Maybe your dentist uses a different anesthetic, but I'd double check to be sure. Sorry if you already know this, but I sure didn't.

So, I have nothing interesting to report. I will start bleeding tomorrow. Oh, the predictability of bc pills! I kind of miss the up-and-down days of charting, and looking forward to doing it again in a couple of months...hopefully.

Northeast superstar and Yummyyumyummama- A huge congratulations

Yummymama- thats an inspiring story especially for us late ovulators!!

A happy and healthy 9 months for you both!!

AFM- maybe O yesterday, a slight temp jump this morning but my thermometer started beeping in a weird way so i think its time to buy a new one! I have also woken up with a cold and terribly sore throat and I have to work later today, if I call in sick they will think I overindulged last night, cos they knew I was going to a party, but I felt off last night and only had one glass of wine. Oh well i get tomorrow and tues off to recoup!

So when DH looked at my fertility monitor this morning and saw that it was on peak, he bribed our sons with a bowl of lollies and the nintendo wii and ushered me upstairs to ''get me good and pregnant!!'', I really thought that by now after two weeks straight of bding that he would be sick of the sight of me and my lady parts! It reassures me that he really wants this baby!

YYYM and Northeast Superstar, congrats!!!

So sorry, Jenger

AFM, I think I O'd today, it was my 2nd peak day and CD 18. I'm hoping to see a temp rise in the morning. I am feeling really optimistic about this cycle for some reason. I am going to try to keep busy the next 10-14 days to try to keep my mind off things, but I'll probably obsess anyway. If I don't see a temp rise in the morning, we'll keep trying, but I'm feeling pretty confident right now.

Jenger

Have fun Barefootgirl!

Mumma CP, LOL...i'm jealous of your DH! I have to litereally woo my DH each time around O because he hates charting and OPKs and all that. It's SO difficult because once he's on to me he gets all stressed out. I find that beer helps.
Im very lucky to have my DH, I think it worried him when I was so low earlier this week wondering where O was and knowing we only have two more shots at this for a while, so I think because he felt that I have given up, he has stepped up and taken over from my obsessing!

Fingers crossed for me!! Im hoping to move to waiting to know on the next thread, tomorrows temp should confirm it!

They did! That's the second box I bought off ebay...the first was $25, this one was $35. Definitely beats $50 at CVS. I only paid $80 for my monitor as well.

And I did O the 2nd peak day as I thought I would. So I'm 1 DPO now. I'm about to start the new thread so I can move myself
