That is just awful. Talk about yet another demonstration of the law of unintended consequences. Those stupid "circ prevents HIV" studies got trumpeted all over the African media, and now we have to wonder how many MORE children and adults are now living with HIV/AIDS as a consequence......

....I'm sure the pro-circers will spin this as evidence that all circs should be done in hospitals by trained personnel. Yeah, right, like that's going to happen. And it would be SO much cheaper to provide condoms and education than pay for hospital circs!!!!

my my my my my my! That was quick! It's good that these studies are already being contested with scientific evidence. I predict it won't be long before other studies come out to contradict the "protective" benefits of male circumcision.

THIS and that circ must be done in infancy and not adolescence or adulthood.
