I know that detoxing when pg is not a good idea. BUT, I've had a bad few days of eating, etc. and am now just feeling super gross. Today I'm trying to drink as much water as I can and hope to get out for a brisk walk in a bit and maybe sweat some of this off.

Any other safe techniques you all use when you need to reboot your system? If I wasn't pg, I would sauna, drink a ton of Komboucha (I'll drink a bit today), and, in the worst case, do a cleanse (I would LOVE to do one now, but know how bad it is...).
