ok, this coming from someone who once BBQ'd while it was snowing (which were expecting today) but today I just can't bring myself to go out and do it. I really don't want to have to freeze up this chicken and want to stock the freezer with the cooked chicken. I have about 30 lbs total to cook up today and 6-12 of it will be grilled.
Would you suck it up and grill it? If I don't I'll have the fun of bagging it and thawing is the bane of my existance in the kitchen. It will spoil long before it thaws in the fridge.
argh, just realized I posted this in the wrong forum, can a mod move it over to Nutrition and Good Eating?

But, I don't grill for the most part, period and certainly not in the middle of winter. Thats THEIR job!!

It's always good to grill out. With spring approaching here I smelled someone cooking out yesterday, it was a great feeling!
