You singlehandedly made me buy the DVD last week (hasn't arrived yet). I simply demand you continue with the workout and post more pictures!

Sorry, I forgot about this thread. I'm still going the shred....only every second day. my diet has been pretty bad because I'm having really bad jaw pain and can barely eat. Only very very very soft foods and liquids. I have been dizzy so can't push myself as hard as I would like.

So here's the updated pics. I dont notice a lot of difference between now and the first week....but it's probably the diet.

OMG are those the same pants in the before and after pictures? Way to go you for sticking to it! And with those kinds of changes in just one week that must be a killer workout.


ETA there are definitely changes from week 1 to week 2, it's easiest to see in the back view.

Yep, I bought it too after seeing your pics... wish I would've known it was available on Netflix!! ....

Oh well....wish me luck! If it works half as well for me as it did for you I'll be thrilled, money well spent.

Your pics are an inspiration! I've been doing some 10 min workouts via netflix instant play, but will have to either rent 30 day shred or download it from iTunes.
