Sorry, I forgot about this thread. I'm still going the shred....only every second day. my diet has been pretty bad because I'm having really bad jaw pain and can barely eat. Only very very very soft foods and liquids. I have been dizzy so can't push myself as hard as I would like.
So here's the updated pics. I dont notice a lot of difference between now and the first week....but it's probably the diet.
OMG are those the same pants in the before and after pictures? Way to go you for sticking to it! And with those kinds of changes in just one week that must be a killer workout.
ETA there are definitely changes from week 1 to week 2, it's easiest to see in the back view.
