Freezing yogurt cheese?

Has anybody done it? Will it turn out ok or will it be nasty? It should still have some viable bacteria, right?

I'm trying to make sure I've got something good and probiotic for DH while we go on vacation... and since I'm already shipping a cooler with dry ice full of reduced bone broth and pastured meat, I might as well throw labneh in as well...

I freeze my yogurt cheese -- it doesn't come out bad, but it's not exactly like it is when it hasn't been frozen.

I recently bought 8 lbs of goat yogurt cheddar and froze most of it since dd (only dairy eater) eats it very slowly. The ones we have thawed are just fine.
