I was on the pill for 11 years, and went off in December 08. At first AF came back with a vengeance, especially on CD1 and 2. By CD3, it was lighter, and CD4 was mostly spotting.
Fast forward to now. It's CD2. I'm wearing a pantyliner, b/c the tampon I had in earlier was actually causing pain. AF was "medium" this morning, but seems to have tapered off. This was last month, too. Might've been the month before as well.
Normally I'd never complain about a 2-day AF, but since TTC these things make me nervous. Is it possible to have a uterine lining that's too thin? What do I do about it? Are there foods/supplements/vitamins that help build uterine lining? I had two cups of RRL tea today, could that have made a difference? I'd call my doc, but she already thinks I'm crazy.
Help?

I'm hoping it doesn't mean anything either!
